When I started my practice in 2007, I tried to make coaching available to everyone who wanted it. I reduced rates, set up a sliding fee scale, and conducted many sessions pro bono for people with limited resources. Unless feeling led by the Holy Spirit, I do not do those things anymore. I learned that making those accommodations was detrimental to the client’s progress.
Your willingness to commit time and money up front is a readiness indicator. So, my coaching starts before you sign the agreement or pay fees. This is what accountability looks like. If you are ready, let’s do this!
